It will all be about creating a critical object through the shape of a [SOUVENIR] coming from the origin of each participant in the congress., showing the new aspects, processes, opportunities, urban crimes of the cities that they represent. Each object will have an associated ID card to explain the intention with the object.
Materials and techniques are free and can vary: from the modification of existing souvenirs, the creation of new products (Cups with Quixote’s head on, colanders or “JUST DO IT” way of life), to the conversion of objects collected in the visited places into souvenirs (such as key rings with a brick to show property excesses); so that these new souvenirs of the city become critical objects of the reality they represent.
It would be convenient to infiltrate the above mentioned souvenirs in the existing circuits: specialised shops and small corner’s shops, cheap shops or flea markets…
Some examples:

Transformation of a photorama souvenir of animals from the zoo of Madrid into a photographical tour throughout the Cañada Real, the biggest illegal colony in Europe.
THE “NEW MADRID SKYLINE” FAN
Transformation of a souvenir – “the bear and tree strawberry” fan to transform it into the new Madrid Skyline fan. Urban interventions such as the towers of Real Madrid imply very important changes within the cities such as a poly-nucleation or a change in the city skyline.
Bring a critical souvenir from your city

Souvenir [http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Souvenir]
“A Souvenir (it comes from French,) is an object that gathers the memories that are related to it. For example, if a traveller buys a souvenir during some memorable holidays, he or she will probably associate the souvenir to the holidays. He or she will remember that special moment every time he or she will see the object.
A Souvenir presents a direct identity element related to the cities that it represents. It materialises a serial of favourite ideas or places of a city in a unique object or in a set of objects.

The statue of Liberty in New York, the Texas Hat for Kansas City or the baseball T-shirt for Chicago, show different identities concerning the cities that they represent: representative places, events or internal organisms can be the fruit of a souvenir that represents some important “atmospheres” of the city.
Can we create new critical souvenirs of the city that are an evidence of new processes, new places, new problems, new behaviour parameters, etc… within the city?
The analytic, visual power of the souvenir gives the object a very important creative critical capacity and is easily recognisable by any spectator.
