Presentation rules

  • Attached Word File, 1,5 space and Arial 12 letter.
  • Specify Title (Capital Bold Type Letter), Author and Co-authors.
  • Conference Communication’s Author, workshop and contact details.
  • Summary has 250 words maximum.
  • Summary must have aim, material and methods, results and conclusions.
  • Which section would like to present the conference communication.
  • Kind of conference communication: written, poster, workshop.
  • Deadline for present summaries will be at 15th September 2009, extended deadline until 1st October 2009.
  • Committee will examine conference communication content. Also committee will inform acceptation or rejection in September by e-mail channel. Format and section will be examined too.
  • Selected summaries by Scientific Committee must to be sent to the Technical Secretariat with complete text in power-point or video format before 15th October.
  • Abstracts will be uploaded in this website for be checked and commented by the rest of participants.
  • For upload your abstract in this website the Author or Co-authors must to be registered in Congress. Certifications will be given only to registered people in congress.
  • To send us your conference communication, please click at the end of the website at “Send Abstracts” and start as new user if you’re not registered. When all information is completed and sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your password. With this password you can access by the menu “Personal Area” and check information about you and the Congress (registration and present on paper).
