When data have been filled and have been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your password. With this password you can access by the menu “Personal Area” and check information about you and the Congress (registration, present on paper and accommodation)
Don”t forget select lunch and dinners, social events you will assist.

Registrations that will not be paid before 6th of November will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation and refund request it must to be done written before the 5th of November 2009, addressed to Technical Secretariat of the V International Congress of Creativity: Creative and Innovative Cities, OREXCO S.L. A discount of 10% will be applied as cancellation expenses. After this date cancellations and refunds won”t be accepted. All refunds will be paid at the end of the congress.
In compliance with current legislation LO 15/99 of Personal Data Protection, the provided information will be incorporated to an automated file of OREXCO for promotion and could that could be related to the event. This compliance allows OREXCO the use of personal information for the cited finality. You can at any moment make use of your rights of access, rectification and cancellation of the personal data at OREXCO.
