Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation and refund request it must to be done written before the 2nd of November 2009, addressed to Technical Secretariat of the V International Congress of Creativity: Creative and Innovative Cities, OREXCO S.L. A discount of 10% will be applied as cancellation expenses. After this date cancellations and refunds won”t be accepted. All refunds will be paid at the end of the congress.

This compliance allows OREXCO the use of personal information for the cited finality.
