Julio Romero
He has a PhD in Beaux-arts (PhD thesis on creativity), He has a degree in Psychology, a degree in Philosophy and Education. He is a Professor of Plastic Expression Didactics in the Education Faculty in the “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” (UCM). He is the Professor of the Course on University Expert in Artistic education, of the Master on Art Therapy from the UCM, and of the inter-university PhD programmes: “Creatividad Aplicada” (Applied Creativity) and “Aplicaciones del Arte para la Integración Social”.(Art Applications for Social Integration) He is a member of Enter-Arte, a working group researching on education, contemporary art and creativity from the “Asociación Acción Educativa” (Educative Action association). He is a member of Asocrea ,directive board, an Association for Creativity. He gave specific training about creativity, art and education for teachers in function and other addressees in several institutions, such as Support Centres for teachers, Summer schools or educative centres in the framework of training projects in centres.
Working lines: creativity, current art and education on initial and permanent formation of teachers and personal and social development.
