Fernando Pindado
He has a degree in Laws by the Autonomous University of Barcelona
Since April 1st, 2004 he has been the General Deputy Director of Participation at a local scope of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia
Professor of several Postgraduate courses about “Citizens’ participation” in the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the University of Girona, University Rovira i Virgili of Tarragona and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
He has been in charge of the Human Resources Department, Director of the neighbourhood Studies and resources Centre of the Confederation of Associations of people of Catalonia and Technical Secretary of the Commission on participation of the Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia.
