Description.
With the development of this laboratory, we pretend to ensure the concept of Caceres Creative City as a brand-mark and an identity of the city itself.
The laboratory objective will be the development of typical elements of idiosyncrasy and identity associated to the City of Caceres that ends up by becoming souvenirs or identifying signs of the city. We are talking about tangible objects but also experiments and experiences based on Caceres.
Challenge to achieve.
Rediscover, interpret, design and/or create objects or experiences that are a souvenir from the visit or the experience of Caceres and that transmit the Creative City aspect.
Participant profile:
The team will be composed of 15 people.
Students and/or professionals of Graphic Design, art, publicity or marketing. People that in general want to enjoy the Challenge of collective co-creation of those elements.

Methodology:
Saioa Olmo will be in charge of the team that, in a collective way, will work on a co-creation, reflection and design process of the challenges to be achieved in this laboratory.
We will work on the souvenir idea, not from the most traditional viewpoint (although it will be taken into account as a research in situ) but from a more experimental point of view and trying to show aspects of the most contemporary life of Caceres, which have not been much considered until now, by playing with ideas that stimulate brain (conceptual and dialectic games) and also with the emotions related to experiments, experiences and personal relationships.
To have more precise results, a sample will be created as a laboratory of prototype ideas in a very simple but also very attractive way. This sample will help to give value to this two-day work and to propitiate links between the work team of the laboratory and agents (Companies, shops, corporations, craftsmen…) of the city.
