GMC (Mobile Cáceres Competition), by Ubiqa, is a project to make a creative-audiovisual map of the city of Cáceres. It interviews, and gives a leading role to, its citizens, through an urban competition for teenagers, in which they do tests that record and give the geographical position of innovative and imaginative processes that are being carried out within the city.
The end result of this process will be a microvideo, summarizing the experience, which will be shown at the closing ceremony of the 5th Conference on Creativity and Innovation of Cáceres and so bring local creativity and innovation closer to international events.
The evolution of the competition will be able to be followed, in real time, on the project’s website, on which videos and photographs of the tests being done will also be put up.
