It is a cultural innovation conference promoted by the programme “Creando Capital” (creating capital) (link a: http://social.caceres2016.com), The Caceres 2016 Consortium, is trying to give some answers to the Extremadurian cultural agents in order to create more meeting or interaction spaces concerning the candidacy of Caceres to become the European Capital of Culture for 2016.

They are “radical” participative days as the Extremadurian cultural agents themselves as well as people from all over the world will be able to take part in the process right at the beginning, when designing the conference altogether, which is the starting point of an activity that aims at following the initiated path of enhancing the candidacy with a higher number of contributions coming either from the cultural agents or the citizens.
